Easy to say, difficult to do
There are many sources of stress in our daily lives; how do we counteract the effects of stress on our state of mind and our body? It takes effort and intention to find balance, to introduce relaxation to offset the stress. You can do it with a little investment of time, and the benefits can be tremendous.
Charlie Ochoa has trained in Ki-Aikido and Ki principles; breathing and meditation relaxation techniques are core to the Ki principles. He has taught self-defense classes, Ki-Aikido classes and Ki Principles in Relaxation.
You are invited to join us to learn some techniques for relaxing, and to generally learn more about the benefits of stress relief in your life.
