Catholic faith formation classes for children who attend public school (Kindergarten through grade eight) are held on Sunday mornings from 9:50 – 10:50 a.m. beginning the Sunday after Labor Day through early May, with breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break and Easter. The core curriculum is Pflaum Gospel Weeklies supplemented by Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in grades K-2 and Finding God published by Loyola Press (Jesuits) in grades 3-8. Registration fee for the entire year is $25 per student, which covers the cost of classroom materials. We are always looking for volunteer catechists to serve in our PSR program. Please contact the church office if you are interested. All catechists must have Virtus child protection training, which is available for free by the Jefferson City Diocese.
